Almost done with 1/100 00 Gundam

I’ve still got to find batteries for the GN-Drives to light up. And I have to paint a few things like the circles on the arm, weapons, etc…

Instead of using the green stickers provided in the kit, I decided to just color the inside of the clear E pieces with a green sharpie marker. I also did this to the helmet because the sticker used for the Gundam’s face was bothering me.

Below was a picture I took was a size comparison between the 1/100 scale 00 Gundam and a 1/60 scale shield of Freedom Gundam.

Whoops. I had the flash on for that. I wish I knew where my digicam’s charger is at. Oh well. I should have used a tripod. But overall, I enjoyed building the majority of this Gundam model. The legs are better than my 1/100 Deathscythe H. (one of its legs was always loose. gah. I wish I didn’t throw it away.) One thing that annoys me is the torso. It cannot rotate easily like the other gundam models because of the chest. I found a tutorial online before, but I didn’t save the link. I believe there’s an article that displays the steps used to mod the torso… can’t be too sure. So I might mod the torso when I find a better source.
